Risk adviser takes top gong at industry awards

Katherine Hayes of Tiffen and Co Insurance Services was last night awarded the ifa Excellence Award in recognition of her work within the financial services industry.

In addition to the overall honour, the panel of judges chose Ms Hayes as the winner of both the Risk Adviser of the Year and Client Services of the Year categories.

Ms Hayes said she aimed to treat each client as though they were a close family member, and attributed this approach to her success.

There were 17 award categories, each recognising the achievements of outstanding businesses and professionals within the financial services industry.
