Host Maja Garaca Djurdjevic is joined by Corey Wastle, the founder of independent financial advice business Verse Wealth, to talk about the adviser exodus and why proactivity matters.

Corey talks about raising the awareness of advice as a career choice, why existing advisers need to be more proactive in spreading the word, and the techniques Verse Wealth uses to hire new staff amid increased competition for fewer advisers.
Corey also touches on why he believes that professional advice firms like Verse need to acknowledge that “we’re not meant to be here to serve everyone”.
