Findex has welcomed 29 new partners to its Australian partnership group, including seven wealth management additions.
A number of the appointments, who are now recognised as senior partners, have worked at the accounting and advisory firm for some time including Brett Ricchini (Geelong), Matthew Parrella (Melbourne), Terry Hodge (Ballarat), Shane Hilton (Geelong) and Kate Borch (Colac), who has worked at Findex for over 20 years.
Other names confirmed on Thursday include Ryan Carroll (Brisbane) and Daniel Roberts (Dubbo) who previously worked within the firm as an accountant before moving into the finance industry in 2008.
“Our leadership appointments this year reflect not only our broad regional footprint, but our focus on fostering and developing local talent, with majority of our appointments being made in rural and regional locations,” a statement by Findex read.
“As a major employer in regional areas, a large part of our success can be attributed to fostering career progression and providing opportunity to our talented cohort of emerging leaders across a range of disciplines, no matter where they reside.
“We are continually grateful for the support you provide in enabling us to do this.”
