The fractional property investment platform has partnered with this year’s much-anticipated Adviser Innovation Summit.
DomaCom has signed on as a platinum partner for the event, which will be held face-to-face in Sydney on 1 June and Melbourne on 8 June.
Last year’s Summit lured almost 1,500 adviser delegates, and the 2021 event will continue to offer advisers top insights across the latest technology and business innovations.
DomaCom head of marketing Warren Gibson gave his thoughts on innovation in financial services and advice, commenting it extends beyond operational efficiencies to potential opportunities waiting to be unlocked.
“It can promote engagement to a wider audience by providing funding solutions to modern era issues and broaden the horizons of both advisers and investors by delivering opportunities that both diversify investment portfolios and underpin returns to help reduce risk,” Mr Gibson said.
His platform has moved to democratise assets that were “once the domain of wholesale and sophisticated investors”, making them available to retail clients.
“Examples of this can be seen in rural farmland, renewable energy plants, affordable and disability housing, DomaCom’s property savings model where savings track the property market instead of the interest rate market, and the seniors equity release product that enables a partial sale of equity whilst retaining title and residency,” Mr Gibson said.
“Innovation curates traditional models to solve problems and offer opportunity.”
