Lifespan has added two new national practice development managers, promising to boost support for its advisers as it targets more recruitments.
Former Elders Financial Planning regional manager Kevin Mayne and Xplore Wealth managed discretionary accounts state distribution manager Lisa Ng have joined the firm.
The additions have grown Lifespan’s practice development team to five, with it aiming to provide further support to its network of around 270 advisers.
Mr Mayne has taken the role after more than five years in his prior position, where he oversaw the firm’s advisers across NSW, Queensland, Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
Meanwhile Ms Ng worked with Xplore for two years.
Lifespan chief executive Eugene Ardino commented the pair will be invaluable in supporting the continued growth of the group, which attracted 95 new authorised representatives during the past year, despite a challenging environment.
“With decades of experience between them across business development, distribution, sales and practice management, Kevin and Lisa will be valuable sources of knowledge and trustworthy sounding boards for our network of authorised representatives as they seek to grow and adapt their practices in the changing economic and regulatory environment,” Mr Ardino said.
