ifa, in partnership with AMP Bank, is proud to announce the finalists for this year’s Women in Finance Awards.
Now in its fourth year, the Women in Finance Awards is a national awards program designed to shine a spotlight on the strength, diversity and innovation female leadership brings to professional and financial services in Australia.
The prestigious event aims to give female talent the acknowledgement they deserve, providing a platform to gain industry-wide recognition, propel their career and accelerate their business growth.
“This is the second year AMP Bank has supported Momentum Media’s Women in Finance Awards and never has there been a more important time to celebrate women making a difference in the financial services industry,” said AMP Bank managing director Rod Finch.
“As we continue to face into the many challenges of COVID-19, we are seeing women making important contributions. Women are shaping and influencing our industry and beyond, highlighting the power of diversity and inclusion, particularly in fostering diversity of thought.
“Today’s leaders have an important role to play in fostering diversity of thought. Indeed, I believe this is one of the standout attributes that will prove invaluable as we continue to manage through these challenging circumstances and as we progress through to recovery.”
This year’s awards saw more than 900 nominations, received 600 submissions and 244 finalists across 28 categories.
