Dealer group Centrepoint Alliance has brought on Alexander (Sandy) Beard as an independent non-executive director from 1 January 2020.
Mr Beard is currently a non-executive director of Probiotec, Eildon Capital and TasFoods. He was formerly chief executive of ASX-listed CVC Limited. He is a professional investor, Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and member of the Institute of Company Directors.
“Sandy brings extensive experience in delivering value to shareholders across a broad spectrum of industries and stages of company growth. We are very pleased to have Sandy join our board,” said Centrepoint chairman Alan Fisher.
Mr Beard said Centrepoint Alliance has a clear strategy to provide services to advisers and is well positioned for growth in the current environment.
“I look forward to working with the board and management team to enhance shareholder value,” he said.
