Advice platform Netwealth has appointed two new people to its distribution team, including a new head based in Melbourne and a senior manager based in Perth.
Damian Holland will be head of distribution in Melbourne following the departure of Nick Mitchell in August after almost three years in the role.
Mr Holland joins from NAB/MLC where he was responsible for platform distribution strategy and more recently as director of product enablement within MLC Asset Management, where he was responsible for building out MLC’s managed account offer.
Meanwhile, John Bezich will be Netwealth's senior distribution manager based in Perth. He joins Netwealth after four years with Westpac, where he was the regional manager for BT Advice and Private Wealth. Prior to that, Mr Bezich was a business partnership manager at AMP.
“We are fortunate to be experiencing significant growth, yet still remained focused on maintaining high levels of service,” said Netwealth joint managing director Matt Heine.
“We recognise this is possible with continued investment in quality staff, so we are pleased to have Damian and John join us.”
