ifa has announced that the Client Experience Workshop will be coming to Melbourne in response to popular demand as well as an enthusiastic response to the Sydney event earlier this year.
The event has been formed from exclusive research by Momentum Intelligence that has uncovered exactly what clients are saying, and each session will reveal those critical findings.
Some of the major events at the workshop will be a discussion on the findings of Momentum Intelligence’s first ever Client Experience Survey by ifa editor James Mitchell and Momentum Intelligence research head Michael Johnson.
Other events include a presentation from Mayflower Consulting chief executive Sarah Penn on how advisers can better clarify with their clients what their fees are paying for as the fee-for-no-service scandal continues to plague the financial industry.
In addition, there will be a discussion panel addressing the ways in which advice dealer groups can better equip advisers to meet ongoing client demands.
The Melbourne workshop will be held on 31 October at the Crown Promenade. Registrations are currently open.
