WA Super has launched a new digital adviser portal in a proactive move to better support its financial adviser partners.
Through the portal, advisers can view client account details in real time and with a redesigned adviser experience, WA Super is hoping to make business easier.
The portal will be supported by the WA Super Adviser Service Offering, which is supported by an experience relationship management team to ensure a successful partnership between WA Super and advisers.
The super group is the only not-for-profit public offer super fund based in Western Australia and its general manager of advice and distribution Quyen Truong said the group was committed to building stronger adviser relationships.
“Our goal was to produce a portal that enriches the client experience for our advice partners. We are committed to improving our relationships with external advisers by providing them with quality services that meet their needs, as well as their clients’ needs,” said Ms Truong.
Further enhancements are planned for the portal with only the first phased launched so far.
