Onshore paraplanning agency Clique Paraplanning has announced the launch of its new practice portal.
The CliQueue has been under development for several months and is now being rolled out across Clique’s member practices. It was developed after intensive consultation with Clique’s client base, as part of their ongoing work to deliver a modern and professional outsourced paraplanning service.
Clique Paraplanning managing director Nick Topham said the CliQueue is about providing greater transparency into the outsourced paraplanning process, so that advisers and other practice staff can more effectively plan their workflow and schedule client engagements.
“We conducted a lot of research across our client base and found that, while our clients had great confidence in our turnaround times, there was some level of opacity when it came to knowing exactly where their SoA was within the scheduling system," he said.
“With the CliQueue, they can now log in and immediately see at what stage of SoA preparation the plan request is in, who is working on it, and the expected return date.
“This especially helps our larger practices manage and sort many concurrent requests, and better plan for their own internal resources to handle other administrative duties."
The CliQueue has been launched as a complimentary service to all clients of Clique Paraplanning.
