AIA Australia has formed new partnerships and provided a new software offering in revamping its tool hub, aiming to help advisers in growing their businesses and improving their relationships with clients.
The firm said it recently partnered with training provider Global Advice Training to upgrade its Business Growth Hub.
According to an AIA statement, the partnership will help advisers understand their clients’ needs better, enabling them to have more meaningful conversations through structured processes and intuitive technology tools.
AIA has also partnered with industry consultants Business Health to provide expertise in benchmarking practice profitability and client satisfaction to hub members.
Global Advice’s LifeExplorer program has been added to the Business Growth Hub. The program is designed to help advisers have values-based conversations with clients, allowing them to connect values to goals and create stronger client engagement in their financial plans.
AIA Australia chief retail insurance officer Pina Sciarrone said the business of funding a professional financial advisory practice is becoming increasingly competitive.
“Practice principals who want to create a more sustainable future business model are looking for value-added support and services,” Ms Sciarrone said.
“While we don’t intend to tell any financial adviser how to run their business, we have a valuable role to play in bringing expertise and resources to an adviser’s business,” she said.
