According to a statement, PerspectLive will feature videos that describe how everyday people have overcome challenges and periods of adversity. This will be part of Asteron Life’s ‘Balance Blog’ – an online hub of health and wellbeing articles.

“This is a new approach that emphasises how, with the right support, people can not only survive adversity, they can thrive,” said Mark Vilo, Asteron Life’s head of wealth and life intermediaries.

“A key element of the PerspectLive campaign is the critical role played by advisers in these compelling customer stories.

“The site contains videos, blog content and other tools that advisers can use to help convey to customers the value of working with the right adviser and insurer.”

Where? I have seen customer stories pushing product before…this is not that. Hard to get an understanding of premise behind the program by reading the above so would recommend viewing the site.

Things are really positive Mr and Mrs Client. Together with the other corrupt FSC members we have just increased your premiums due to higher claims in a time when we are seeing record profits. But we really care about you. We have also worked with the other corrupt FSC members to drive out your free risk adviser so you will probably have to pay a fee in the future to get independent risk advice but we will happily sell you a junk overpriced policy directly that we have less chance off paying a claim on. Be positive..!!
